Meet Pépé la Plume. When we first moved into Villa Magnieu all those years ago this handsome chap proudly strode around the gardens. Sadly he mysteriously left us after a couple of months 😕

Hello friends and welcome to the weekend.

Hot off the press! We were fully booked for this year’s school summer holidays but had a cancellation yesterday. Before the week gets snapped up through Air BnB we wanted to offer it to our Facebook friends.

Dates are arrival Sunday 27th July and checkout August 3rd.

Our Story

Villa Magnieu is a traditional 17th century manor house, nestled within 1.3 hectares (3 acres) of private parkland with plenty of space for adults & children to relax & play. The fully restored, independent west wing of Villa Magnieu offers comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms.

We have a 12m x 6m heated pool, table tennis, giant chess, BBQ, free WiFi and lots more to offer during your stay.

Located in Saint Médard de Mussidan, in rural Dordogne, on the edge of open countryside & close to local shops, restaurants & bars. We are in a great, central location for families.
