When walking into the village of Saint Paul de Vence, the first building you see on the right is the Café de la Place.
Once owned by Yves Montant and (allegedly) where he made love to Marilyn Monroe during the making of ‘Let’s Make Love’.

Final Resting Place.
This is a Citroën H Van. Produced between 1947 to 1981. Now a popular conversion to mobile bars and cafés. When the Police were issued with the H Van, it was known as "Panier à Salade" (Salad basket).
This H Van is located on the edge of a beautiful field near Cipières. A lovely quiet village about 1 hour (by car) from Saint Paul.
Maybe one day it will live again and be serving Rosé on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. A nice thought...
