mfortable Provencal is villa located 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of the delightful village of Saint Remy de Provence. This 4 bedroom house is quiet, functional and spacious and well laid out: the living quarters to one side and the rooms to another. Its location on the outskirts of the village of Saint Remy make it ideal for many activities such as biking, hiking and discovering Provence. All hiking and biking trails originate from a few hundred meters from the house. The next street over is the roman "Via Domitia" which leads you to the ancient site of Glanum less than 3 km away. The villa is set privately in its own 1,500 sq meter yard, which is planted with olive trees, lavanders, and flowering laurels. Surrounded by old olive groves, vine yards, hedges and scented trees and plants the house is extremely private. It is worth noting that you can entertain easily up to 10-12 people during the day. A large and expandable teak table and 10 chairs are at your diaposal. A large Weber Barbecue will also contribute to making sure your meals are a success every time. Set under the shade of the house on the terrace or under the trees in the yard, the large outdoor table makes for perfect entertaining every day.
