What an amazing day riding through the spectacular Pyrenees National Park with Wally Purdy from Virginia, USA, and Steve Chambers from the UK.

Incredible mountain roads, breathtaking scenery, legendary cols and the sheer exhilaration of riding through one of Europe's most spectacular mountain ranges. It really doesn't get much better than this 🤩

We often hear from our American guests that riding through the Pyrenees is some of the best motorcycling they've ever experienced.

A PERFECT RIDE INTO THE PYRENEES NATIONAL PARK

What a day! The sun was warm, the sky an incredible shade of blue, and the spectacular scenery and exciting mountain roads made for a truly memorable ride.

After 300 km of fantastic & challenging riding, we arrived at our hub-hotel, our home for the next three nights. Time to unpack, relax and get ready for more Pyrenean adventures!

Of course, climbing the legendary Col d’Aspin and Col du Tourmalet meant a noticeable drop in temperature. The thermometer showed between 6°C and 10°C, but thankfully there was very little wind and plenty of sunshine to make things a little more bearable, at least for short periods!

A special mention to Wally and Deirdre, from Virginia USA, our rider-and-passenger combination on this smaller-group adventure.

Sadly, Deirdre has been battling a nasty cold, but she still managed to enjoy the ride. You are both an amazing couple and a fantastic rider-and-passenger team, and you've helped make this tour extra special for Steve, Patsy and me. Thank you.

It takes teamwork, trust and a shared love of adventure to make a great riding partnership, and you two have it in abundance!😎
I'll let them tell you their ages. Believe me it's impressive!

🏍️ **A PERFECT START TO OUR 8-DAY PYRENEES ADVENTURE!** 🇫🇷

A chilly start, with a colder-than-usual wind, but that certainly didn't dampen our enthusiasm for another fantastic CRMT adventure! 😎

A huge thank you to William & Deirdre Purdy for joining us from the USA, and a very warm welcome back to Steve, who toured with us a couple of years ago. It's always special to welcome returning guests and friends back to Caday Rouge Moto Tours. ❤️

The forecast is looking good and sunny for today's ride into the magnificent Pyrenees Mountains and National Park. Can't wait to get back to those spectacular roads, mountain scenery and legendary cols.

Sadly, this might be our last Pyrenees adventure of 2026, so we're going to make every kilometer count!

What an AMAZING 8-day Massif Central tour: Sadly, all good things must come to an end! 😢

The weather was kind, the riding was amazing, challenging and demanding, and the historic monuments and breathtaking scenery were simply mind-blowing. What a week! 🤩

Our route took us across some of the most spectacular parts of Southern France, traversing the Lot-et-Garonne, Lot, Gers, Dordogne, Aveyron, Lozère and Gard departments.

Great roads, fantastic riding, incredible scenery, but most importantly, great friends and memories made along the way.

A huge thank you to our wonderful group from the USA and UK, Gary & Judy, Dan and Paul for an absolutely fabulous, fun and unforgettable experience. ❤️

And something that means an awful lot to us: Two of our guests and now great friends have toured with CRMT and your personal hosts, Patsy & Trev, many times before.

We reckon that says something. 😉

The Prestige Classic Cars left the Château early, and we dressed for what looked like a possible rainy ride-out.

Riding through the Tarn Gorge and the Cévennes National Park, even in the rain, is amazing. With hardly any traffic and very few visitors, it still made for a fantastic ride.

We enjoyed an excellent lunch in Florac, then the heavens opened. The ride back to the Château was wet and a little windy, but everyone still enjoyed every minute of it.

A warm shower and a swim were followed by a well-deserved b**r and dinner.

Last week’s 8-day Pyrenees Tour took us through the stunning Pyrenees National Park.

Our final day of riding before heading back to Caday Rouge and the Lot-et-Garonne department in southwest France.

Fantastic weather, breathtaking scenery, and, most importantly, wonderful company and great riders. A truly perfect tour! 👍🙂👍

The perfect day for a fantastic ride through the Lot et Garonne & Dordogne Departments in Southern France, kicking-off this weeks 8-day Massif Central Tour.

A delicious lunch at one of our popular restaurants in Eymet was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

The riding, scenic views and historic monuments are spectacular and enjoyed by our wonderful guests from the USA and UK. Two of which have toured with us on numerous occasions!

As usual the camaraderie is perfect!

Looking forward to adventuring into the Cévennes National Park and Massif Central for a few days of spectacular day of riding. 🙂

A stunning and demanding day riding through the French Pyrenees National Park.

What a fantastic day we had! Great riding, plenty of laughs and some truly spectacular scenery.

We took a well-earned break from the bikes with a cable car ride and chairlift journey deep into the National Park, where we visited a stunning mountain lake, a real hidden gem of natural beauty.

After a splendid lunch, it was back on the bikes and into the mountains, riding some of the incredible roads and passes that make the French Pyrenees such a special place.

Every bend, every climb and every pass seemed to reveal another breath-taking view. It’s easy to understand why the French Pyrenees National Park is regarded as one of Europe’s great areas of natural beauty; rugged, spectacular and wonderfully untouched.

A truly memorable day shared with a fantastic group.

A huge thank you to Detlef & Barb, Ivan, and Dave & Ty from Canada for making it such a great adventure. 🏍️
