Well the ski season is well and truly over for another season and our Samoens Chalet Teresa has had it's annual spring clean and is ready for our summer guests to arrive. Be they walkers, cyclists, adventure seekers or those who just prefer to relax around the pool Samoens Chalet Teresa offers it all.

The decking has had a complete make over and is looking good - a perfect place to enjoy a lunchtime BBQ or a cool refreshing sundowner.

Fancy a bit of Alpine Fell running? On June 22 Samoens is holding it's second "Trail Tour" a "fell running" competition in the Alps - Not for the feint hearted. There will be 3 courses ranging from 19km to 60km and climbs ranging from 1200m to 4800m.
If you fancy taking part come and stay with us at Chalet Teresa in Samoens either BB or half board. We will provide transport to and from the start/finish and have plenty of carbs on hand the day before.

Memories of the 2013-14 Ski63 season.

That's it! Our 6th ski season and first in Samoens has now come to an end. Boo hoo. The skiis and boots are packed away until next season and our thoughts are turning to the summer. A massive thank you to all our guests for making 2013-14 a great season.

Samoens and Chalet Teresa in particular certainly have ticked the boxes and our move here has proved to be a good one. The feedback too from our guests, both regulars who followed us from Les Carroz and our new ones have all been positive and we look forward to welcoming you back next season. In fact some have already reserved their favourite rooms already.

Well with the warm spring weather and the skiing season growing to an end our thoughts are turning to the summer and in particular the cycling season.

The fifth running of the JPP an endurance cycling race between Cluses and Les Carroz will be held on Sunday 6th July this year. Online registration is open and as in 2013, this year’s circuits cover 4 distances of 65km, 90km, 110km or 130km with some interesting climbs.

We shall be hosting a JPP weekend in Chalet Teresa and laying on transport to and from the event. We will be organising a couple of warm up rides for those who fancy staying a little longer and weather permitting a poolside BBQ for the evening after the event.

What a perfect day! Conditions don't get much better and we certainly took advantage of the fresh spring snow which fell in the Grand Massif this week. The guys staying in Chalet Teresa really picked a good week.
