浦泽白玉城堡住宿

法国浦泽白玉城堡建于1684年，至今已经有400年的历史。我非常荣幸的在今年的9月18号至20号下榻于此城堡中，城堡完全保留了17世纪法国古堡的风格，古香古色又不失温馨典雅。房间干净淳朴，还有赠送给我们的洗浴物品，都显示出城堡主人的细心周到。

早餐是法国著名的可颂面包，果汁，咖啡，牛奶，黄油等样样俱全。法式晚餐好吃又不油腻，所有的蔬菜都来自有城堡内的蔬菜园，新鲜有机。

Château Pouzy et Bellevue was built in 1684 , around 400 years ago, it was the absolute memorable time that I indulged on the no pretentious French countryside moment. I stayed here few days, 18-20 of September 2015. Mr.Jessy the last but not the latest generation owns the château that kept the 17th century original style hidden just around the famous St. Emilion wine top terroir area. Simply elegant and charming.
The bedrooms are very nice, very clean. Everyone of us had very well received an indeed warm and homely welcome. Thanks to Mr. Jessy for making our time staying at the chateau even more spectacular.

The breakfast was served with the best French home made croissants. Crusty but mellow melted butter inside, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, milk, butter... The dinner was simple and simply delicious and the ingredients were from the Château, mostly organic from the farm nearby.

เห็ดตดหมาป่า, The Pet Du Loup ,Vesse Du Loup.

Bonjour! Greeting from Chateau Pouzy et Bellevue. Today, we have a little strange size of mushroom to share with you. Old folks around Bordeaux countryside call them “Le Pet Du Loup” (Vesse De Loup, Giant Puffball) can be translated as “The Fart of The Wolf”
They are edible though the shape is a little bit frightening. The taste is not so extravaganza but very fine when pan fried with olive oil, garlic and parsley. Some salt, pepper and freshly baked bread straight from the oven, of course.
The highlights of this farting mushroom besides the farting story which I will clarify it later on.
Obviously, the size is what attracts our eyes. They don’t just grow in any damp condition. Their ideal growing condition would be in open, grassy fields and meadows, although they can appear in deciduous forests. Many people find them in well-fertilized open areas such as their lawn. Often found in North America and Europe. And quite very rare to find or to fake the nature to be exactly like the growing environment that these mushrooms need.
A lot of elderly folks often astonish when found the huge mushrooms so called “The Fart of The Wolf”!.

But, what is it about the name “The Fart of The Wolf”? These mushrooms rot very fast. They rot from the inside and pop out the gas. And oh dear, you would imagine of why the French folks had stated the name as “The Fart of The Wolf”!

Bonjour! สวัสดีจากชาโตว์ พูซซี่ เอ็ท แบลวูล์ ค่ะ วันนี้มีเห็ดประหลาด หาทานยาก หาดูยากมาให้ชม พร้อมเกร็ดความรู้น่ารักๆมาฝากนะคะ
เห็ดยักษ์ที่ท่านๆเห็นนี้ชื่อว่า Le Pet Du Loup (Vesse De Loup, Giant Puffball) ซึ่งแปลว่า เห็ดหมาป่าผายลมค่ะ! เอ้ชื่อที่ชาวบ้านแถบชนบทเมือง Bordeaux เรียกแบบนี้มันต้องมีที่มาที่ไปเป็นแน่ค่ะ
เป็นเห็ดที่ทานได้นะคะ ถึงจะดูรูปร่างถมึงทึง รสชาดไม่หรูหราอะไรมากนัก แต่ทานอร่อยถ้านำมาผัดกับน้ำมันมะกอก กระเทียม พาสเล่ย์ และแน่นอนชาวฝรั่งเศสจะขาดขนมปังไม่ได้นะคะ
สิ่งที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของเห็ดหมาป่าตดนี้ ก็อย่างที่เห็นชัดเจนคือในเรื่องของขนาด หาไม่ได้ทั่วไป พบมากใน North America และ Europe ส่วนใหญ่จะชอบอากาศแบบเห็ดๆคือชื้นๆ และชอบสนามหญ้านุ่มๆสมบูรณ์ๆ ไม่ชอบขึ้นตามต้นไม้ต้นซุง และไม่ได้มีให้เห็นทุกปี
ส่วนที่อดสงสัยไม่ได้ว่าทำไมถึงเรียก เห็ดตดหมาป่า ก็เป็นเพราะว่าเห็ดนี้ถ้าเริ่มแก่จะเน่าเร็วมากๆและเวลาเริ่มเน่าจะเน่าจากข้างในเห็ดและจะ ปุ๊ แตกออกมาเป็นแก๊ส แล้วก็จะเหม็นมาาาาก ก็เลยเป็นที่มาของชื่อเห็ดตดหมาป่าล่ะค่ะ
ชาวฝรั่งเศสบางคนที่อายุเยอะๆยังเอ่ยปากเลยว่าตั้งแต่เกิดมายังไม่เคยเห็นแฮะ เห็ดตดหมาป่า!
