That’s why we’re so happy to introduce the newest member of our crew, Chef Dave👨🍳!
Dave joins us with over 15 years of experience cooking in hotels, ski resorts and private chalets across Europe. He’s passionate about good food, fresh local ingredients and creating meals that brings people together. On board of the Hotel Barge Elisabeth, you’ll find him in the galley preparing beautiful meals for you after exploring the timeless charm of France.
We’re thrilled to have him as part of our crew and we know our guests are going to love what he brings to the table(literally).
