This is a divine, decadent but guilt free delight.
A chocolate mousse made with 70% chocolate and freshly squeezed orange juice.
I call these micro desserts, they are fantastic for those of us who like to watch our intake.
Each small pot is just 15g of chocolate and 12ml of orange juice.
