📣CTF Recherche un/e Responsable de Laverie, pour la fin de saison 2024 (poste à pourvoir du 2 septembre au 15 novembre) à Venarey-Les Laumes.📣

🔷 Tâches :
🔸Traitement des textiles :
• Trier, laver, sécher, et plier les textiles en provenance de nos 4 péniches (draps, serviettes & linges de table).
• Emballer les articles propres et prêts pour la livraison.
🔸Maintenance et nettoyage :
• Maintenir la propreté générale de la laverie, y compris les sols, les surfaces, et les machines.
• Nettoyer les filtres des sèche-linges et autres parties des machines selon les besoins.
• Gérer les stocks de détergents, assouplissants, et autres produits nécessaires à l'activité.

🔷 Compétences requises :
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Attention aux détails et souci de la propreté.
• Capacité à soulever des charges modérées (sacs de linge).

🔷 Qualification :
• Aucun diplôme spécifique requis, mais une expérience dans un environnement similaire est un plus.
• Formation sur le lieu de travail pour le maniement des machines et les procédures internes.

🔷 Conditions de travail :
• Jours de travail : lundi – mardi – mercredi après-midi – jeudi – vendredi
• Travail debout prolongé et manipulation fréquente de charges.
• Environnement parfois bruyant, en raison des machines en fonctionnement.
• Rémunération mensuelle : 2000€ brut pour 35h/semaine
• Lieu de travail : Venarey-Les Laumes

Weekly cruising between Saverne and Nancy + general maintenance of the barge.
March to November
Bilingual French + English
Boat Licence : B or Plaisance/Grande Plaisance with Livret de service/service combiné.
Driving Licence : B (2 week-end transfers Barge-Strasbourg per month)

Accomodation / Food / Uniform taken care by the company
Salary paid Monthly

Requirements:
- Only EU Citizens or holders of a valid Carte de Sejour (Schengen Area)
- Hardworking
- Good level of English
- Previous customer experience would be a plus

What you get in return:
* Salaries are paid monthly in Euros and are fully declared

Each barge has 6 crew members who all contribute to the functioning of the cruise (bar service, wash up…) Applicants must be energetic, personable and able to provide a consistent, high standard of service.
Gratuities are equally divided amongst the crew members.

🔘 CORDON BLEU CHEF CUISINIERS (M/F):
Creating menus, organizing food supplies, preparation and presentation of delicious Buffet lunches, gourmet evening meals, canapes and cooked breakfast options. Adapting to basic/ simple special dietary requirements. In complete charge of the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and food storage areas. The Chef works alone in the kitchen.

🔘 DECKHAND (M/F) with Qualification ‘Homme de Pont’
From Mid February to early November
The Deckhand assists the Pilot during the navigation, including passage through locks and rope work.
The Deckhand is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the exterior of the Hotel Barge, sanding, painting and light maintenance under the guidance of the Pilot.
Certain duties -bar service and wash-up, are shared with other crew members on a Rota basis.
Care and maintenance of the on-board bicycles.

🔘 HOST/HOSTESS :
The Host / Hostess duties are mainly taking care of the daily needs of our clients who are mostly north American. This includes food service, wine and bar service, cleaning of the clients’ cabins, bathrooms, the common areas and the kitchen and crew areas
Sharing the tasks with another Host / Hostess.
On-the-job training is provided.
