Hi, Ian here, It’s was a big birthday this year, I’m now mid sixties 😳

To mark the occasion I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride On Sunday the 17th of May 2026.
I'm riding with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.
Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I brush off my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these issues by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

I’m riding the old 1959 Matchless to Poole, to join the Poole and Bournemouth ride.
They’ve had to limit entries to 1000 bikes 🏍️, it should be some sight.

I’m doing the run in memory of my good friend Paul who passed in 2021.
