The Tour de France is comming to our rehion in july 2024,
A stage finishes in Villeneuve sur Lot on the 12th July and the next stage startes on the 13th July in Agen which is 25 mins from us.

The new patio round the pool is finished we are just waiting for some edging stones to finish the pool house.
Then next is a new pool liner - we will then be ready for the guests.

If you need to get away from the brexit fiasco we have the following available. Also we are open all year if you just want a few days break. - pool is usually open from May to October depending on the weather.

We still have 2 weeks free in August from Saturday 10th to the 24th (Saturday changeover days)
We have May/ June free and the first week in July.
Also 3 weeks left in September

This is a first for this time of the year ( blaming Brexit) we still have 2 weeks available from the 10th to the 24th August, if anyone is interested, the price is £800 per week, changeover on a saturday, we are taking a 10% deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival,

There is plenty to do, if you can tear yourself away for the private pool, there are night markets, caves, horseriding, Water Lilly Gardens where you can lunch surrounded by the Water Lillies etc, you are provided with a tourist information pack on arrival, which lets you know whats on and where.

The French tourist office have advised gite owners to get classification for star ratings, we had ours last week, this was organised by the tourist office in Villeneuve.

Our classification came back as 4* I am so proud,

Hi all, sorry for the absence, we have been busy decorating the gite and upgrading the kitchen, the twin bedroom isn't finished and I still have some painting to do, but the first guests are loving it, they stayed here last year. We got is finished just as they were driving down the drive I was running up to our house 😂😂😂

Last night we had a light dusting of snow, first time we have had snow since we moved in.
