🌞 Scenic Sunday Photos, Corfu & Albania Edition 🌞🇬🇷🇦🇱

One lovely couple are currently having the most amazing time in Corfu, staying at the gorgeous Ella Alkyna adult-only hotel.

As soon as they arrived, I received the most wonderful WhatsApp message along with a photo drop:

“Lisa, I kid you not, this is THE MOST INCREDIBLE place I’ve ever stayed at!”

Needless to say, I was absolutely delighted & did plenty of happy dancing 💃

As part of their holiday, they enjoyed a fantastic day trip across to Albania, visiting the beautiful coastal town of Sarandë and the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Butrint.

They even passed the lake where the local mussels are farmed and were full of praise for their tour guide, whose knowledge of both history and local life made the day even more memorable.

😊 Saturday Smiles 😊 From Surprise to Santiago 🥾⛪️🇪🇸

I recently shared a surprise holiday I had helped arrange for my step mum’s milestone 60th birthday ✈️🎁

Now that my sister and step mum are back, I can finally reveal where they went 👌

They enjoyed an incredible week walking the final 100km of the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route in northern Spain.

This trip was especially meaningful as my dad was always talking about arranging a surprise birthday holiday for her. He absolutely loved his own surprise trip for his milestone birthday and was always dropping hints about doing something special for my step mum too. Sadly, my dad passed away earlier this year and, with his health, planning ahead was never really possible 😔

Starting in Sarria and finishing in Santiago de Compostela, they followed in the footsteps of pilgrims from around the world, collecting stamps in their Pilgrim Passports before receiving their Camino certificates at the finish. 🌍🥾

Walking up to 30km a day, they travelled through beautiful Galician countryside, peaceful forests, rolling hills, charming villages, historic churches and Roman ruins. Some days involved up to 8–10 hours of walking, but the scenery and sense of achievement made every step worthwhile. 🥾✨

From chestnut and oak forests to stunning rural landscapes, the views were amazing, with the unforgettable arrival at Santiago de Compostela Cathedral the perfect way to complete the journey. 🌳⛪️✨

After completing the walk, they had an extra day to enjoy Santiago itself, exploring the city at a more relaxed pace, indulging in a little pampering, and soaking up the atmosphere after an incredible week on the trail. 💅✨

By all accounts, they had a fabulous week, made wonderful memories and thoroughly enjoyed the adventure.

There really is nothing quite like the gift of travel 🌏

Another day, another milestone birthday holiday booked 🎉✈️🎁🇯🇪

This time, one lovely family has chosen the beautiful Golden Sands Hotel in Jersey to celebrate a very special birthday 🎂🍾

Jersey is the perfect destination for marking a milestone, with its stunning coastline, golden sandy beaches, charming harbour villages and relaxed island atmosphere. Whether it's enjoying fresh seafood by the sea, exploring picturesque coastal walks or simply unwinding in the sunshine, Jersey offers the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure.

Not everyone wants to go long haul for a milestone birthday, and Jersey is a lovely reminder that incredible celebrations can be much closer to home 😊

YAY my new passport has finally arrived and I’m far happier about it than I probably should be 🎉

☀️ Hello June ☀️

How are we already six months into the year😱

The recent sunshine gave us a lovely taste of summer, and now the countdown to the school summer holidays really begins ☀️⏳

Half term flew by, the kids are back at school today (looking very unimpressed and exhausted after their fun night at Soccer Aid last night ⚽️🎉), and for many families it’s back to the daily juggle of work, school runs, after-school activities and everything in between as we head towards the long summer break.

It’s been another busy May with lots of clients booking holidays, plenty travelling, and some incredible tailor-made long-haul adventures in the works for later this year and into next. From safari adventures and tropical island escapes to multi-centre trips, it’s exciting helping bring these plans to life 🌍✈️

June is looking like another busy month with lots of clients heading off on their travels, and I can’t wait to see all the holiday photos and hear about the memories being made 📸❤️

As always, thank you to everyone who continues to book with me and recommend me to friends and family. Your support means so much and is always hugely appreciated 🥰

Happy Friday ☀️
And just like that… half term is done ✔️

Clients have been making the most of pools, sea views and air con in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Majorca, Menorca, Kos, Skiathos, mainland Spain, Turkey & Cyprus 🌴✈️

Further afield, adventures have included Thailand & Japan 🌏

I’m always so thankful when clients take the time to send updates and holiday photos ❤️ Those that have booked with me for many years now know just how much joy a little photo drop brings me 🥹

Seeing families, couples and friends making such special memories is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do 😍

Villa holiday goals, Skiathos 🇬🇷

Whilst I do love sunshine… during a heatwave the best way to enjoy it is definitely with air con and a pool 😅

Our house was still 30 degrees last night… absolutely melting away 🫠🥵

So naturally I’m now dreaming about this incredible villa in Skiathos that one lovely family are currently enjoying and wishing we had our own pool and air con right now 😍🏊‍♀️

The views from the villa are stunning, the vibes completely chilled, and I’m loving all the photos and updates 📷

Trying not to moan too much… but UK heat without air con really does hit differently🥵
