Some of you may have been struggling to reach us in the past week or so. Calls to the farmhouse are now being diverted to a mobile and we will do our best to get back to you if we don't reach you in time - please leave a message if possible.
For those customers wishing to make a payment before the end of November deadline, because of the renovation works and the loss of telecoms, we are extending the deadline to Sunday, December 8th.
The Kerfoots office will be open this Saturday, November 30th, where Margaret will be on hand with the card machine. Online transfers can be made to the bank details found on the back of your rent invoices. If you need the bank details again, please email [email protected].

A beautiful day here in Towyn, and even better, we have taken over BJs Cafe next to the park, which is now open.

Some changes are afoot with the Kerfoots wifi. We have a new leased line so the total bandwidth available has been massively increased, but this seems to have had an impact on the existing wifi.
For now, the front of the park around the office and as far down as about the sixth row of vans, customers can use the Kerfoots Public network. There is a password but Cyril, Barry or Margaret can provide this. This network is super fast. We are working on a solution for restore speed across the park.

Only 4 vans left for sale on the park. We are hoping to get new stock in the next fortnight. If you are thinking of swapping your van or upgrading to something newer, get in touch!

Welsh Water replaced the meter on Kerfoots on Thursday afternoon. So far it seems the water pressure situation is much improved. Our engineers have attended yesterday and their firm belief is that there is no leak onsite, and that the problem was the meter all along.
We have an expert coming next week to do a further assessment as to what we can do to ensure that water pressure issues do not arise again. For now, fingers crossed, the situation seems much better. Thank you all for your patience, and should you experience any issues in future please let us know. Thanks.

At some point tomorrow afternoon water will be switched off to allow Welsh Water to replace the meter for the park. We hope this will not take too long. Can I suggest that people fill kettles in advance? Thank you for your patience. Our own plumbers will then attend on Friday morning to determine if the problem has been resolved.

Barry and I delivered a ton of water last night. Everyone should have had at least 6 litres. If anyone needs water today please call 07899952507. Welsh Water were unable to do any works yesterday because of the volume of traffic on the main road but will come tomorrow to replace the water meter to the site. After that, we will carry out investigation work to see if there is a major leak somewhere on site. Thank you Barry for your help with the distribution.
