🌊 A little Northumberland hidden gem!

Quite a few of you wanted to know where this little walking spot was from our stories, so I thought it deserved a place on the grid! 📍

Between Beadnell and Seahouses, you’ll find The Links House — a striking contemporary house tucked into the dunes, right beside the road.

🚗 Parking: There’s a small parking area nearby with space for around 4–5 cars, so it’s not always accessible at this particular spot.

🥾 The walk: From here, it’s a short, easy stroll down to the beach. Just a little heads-up — the wooden steps washed away this year, so getting onto the beach can be a bit steep in places. You can usually find a gentler route through the dunes if you take your time.

🌾 The best bit? It’s often wonderfully quiet, whatever time you visit. Perfect for a peaceful wander away from the crowds.

🐎 And keep your eyes peeled when parking… the “wild” horses or ponies are often seen cantering along the fence line in the field. An unexpected little bonus!

Just another reason we love exploring this beautiful stretch of Northumberland coastline. ❤️
