5 berth P&O cabins!!! - Looks like my campaigning to the cruise lines might have paid off 😯

Today P&O announced they introduced 5 berth cabin availability onto their most family friendly ships: Britannia, Iona and Arvia.

The photo below is from Britannia and shows the double/twin bed + double pull out sofa + pullman upper bunk bed.

Why does this matter?

Well for aaaaages the only way a family of 5 could sail on P&O was to try and grab a pair of interconnecting cabins, these sell out super fast and cost a lot more than a cabin of 5 would.

But we now have another dozen or so options for each sailing in 2026 and 2027 available

THESE WILL SELL OUT QUICKLY so don’t delay.

Reminder: Cruise Family is always better value than going direct.

Mariner of the Seas is the ship Royal Caribbean chose for the UK market in 2027. A Voyager class ship, about the same size as P&O Britannia. Perfect for those wanting Royal Caribbean without the mega-ship.

8/17 Surprise Cruise: Enjoyed breakfast, rock climbing. Some climbs were tough, but the bell was rung! Searching for the elusive golf course after 24 hours onboard. Fun challenge!

Ron enjoyed the slides, air hockey, and dinner. Adventure Ocean is next. A big party and balloon drop are happening later! Cruises are exhausting but fun.
