Sunday over St Mary's Church, Ambleside.

The town is still, the fells are quiet - and rising above Ambleside, that spire stands like it always has.

That iconic spire. One of the few in the Lake District — and it hits different when you see it from the sky. Built in the 1850s and still dominating Ambleside today.
