Nice photo of Mako taken by Kathy Haddow at the weekend during our Isle of May dive trip while waiting on divers to surface. Lots of boats visit the island during summer months and being able to deploy a surface marker bouy competently is a key diver skill that should be practiced regularly. All divers on our trips should carry at least 1 and deploy when starting ascent. Stay safe!

Privileged to have been part and enabling this great piece of work by Rod McDonald. Disheartening that these protected sites have had unauthorised salvage carried out and hope the authorities investigate further and pursue the individuals responsible.

Busy weekend with full boat of 12 divers from south queensferry subaqua club. Few photos from yesterday diving the SS Island and lower light dive sites. Our mobile compressor was put to good use with Air fills done on return to harbour on Saturday evening ready for the next days dives. Thanks to everyone who joined us this weekend, pleasure having you all aboard Mako.
