“We’re we’re just starting to get big, but then they gave us all a haircut and now we look like teeny tiny babies again 🙄”

Here are some before and after shearing day photos of last years babies & 2 year old Baxter for you to enjoy, the difference is insane! They go from great big fluffy teddy bears to cute little ‘Bambis’ 💓

We love them fluffy, and we love them sheared, but what do you guys think? 👀

🦙Alpacas vs. Llamas🦙

We get asked all the time about the difference between Alpacas and Llamas, unfortunately we do not have Llamas on the farm but these guys do! So when we payed Middle England Alpacas & Care Farm a visit to give their Alpacas their annual haircut yesterday, it was the perfect opportunity to get a little video to show you guys! 📸

As you can see, Llamas are much much bigger, have much longer noses and have ‘banana’ shaped ears! They also don’t have the ‘fluffy’ topknot that Alpacas tend to have and are very different in temperament too!

Alpacas sheared by our in house shearer Jay at Shear Alpacas, who will be also giving our Alpacas their haircuts on Monday so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Wow!! What an amazing turn out we had yesterday for our Cheshire Alpacas Easter Festival and it was a bonus that the the sun was shining - the weather could not have been any better for us☀️

A massive thank you to each and every one of you that came along and took part in our Easter hunt and to our amazing team and to everyone who came along to help us, you all know who you are - thank you!! 💞
