If you were looking across the Isle of Skye or standing in Mar Lodge Estate in the Cairngorms right now, you would see this exact colour stretching over the hills and moorland.

As part of our rebrand, we looked to the native textures and the quiet richness of Scotland to inspire our new colour palette.

Have you ever seen a cloud inversion from above? It’s pure magic.

A cloud inversion occurs when the atmosphere flips its normal rules, creating a giant, invisible "lid" of warm air that traps heavy, cold air near the surface. When that trapped cold air is full of moisture, it forms a stunning ocean of low-hanging clouds or fog that you can hike above.

And autumn is one of the best times to see a cloud inversion in Scotland.

As the end of August approaches and heather blooms across Scotland, it can only mean one thing: autumn approaches.

For a short period, the country is painted bright jewel tones, as hillsides are burnished gold and the setting sun illuminates warm tones in the trees.
