New life is everywhere — bluebells, tree buds, birdsong, and intense sunlight streaming through leaves. Watching the reaction was magical, a full-circle moment that reminded me why I created the book in the first place.

The first Friendly Footpaths Club hike unfolded during the past weekend's spring sunshine. 5 miles of pure bliss — peachy hues over budding trees, the scent of wildflowers, a gentle breeze and even spotted a deer crossing our path less than 10 metres away.

It wasn't just a stunning walk but the simple joy of moving slowly under a bright, blue sky amongst wonderful nature. Upon returning, we treated ourselves to the most fantastic coffee and vegan rolls at the cafe.

I developed the term "Sacred Root" during a time when I had been out of touch with nature for an extended period.

It became my way of describing the deep grounding and renewal I craved.

The Sacred Root book is a deep connection to nature that nourishes our being, reminding us of our intrinsic place within the Earth's cycles.

By embracing this bond, we unlock the wisdom and energy to live a more balanced, meaningful, and empowered life rooted in harmony with ourselves, others, and the natural world.

It's an inspiring book that celebrates nature, happiness, and the profound connection that empowers us to live better and more fulfilling lives.
