Last month we received this lovely email from a passenger following a day trip to Sandown and Shanklin on the Isle of Wight 😊

In his email not only did he express how much he enjoyed his day and how great driver Marcin was but he also gave a shout out to driver Dave, who took time out to assist our passenger in parking his car! 🚌

⭐ Cooperate closely with Interchange Supervisors and fellow drivers.
⭐ Assist with luggage transfers at the interchange, as needed.

𝗧𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

⭐ A valid car license Cat B.
⭐ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
⭐ A calm, helpful, and approachable attitude.
⭐ Ability to follow procedures and ensure passenger safety.
⭐ Reliability and punctuality – you must arrive at pick-ups early and inform Operations of any delays.
