We are exceptionally busy at the moment... which is absolutely wonderful, and we’re so grateful to every single person trusting us with their holidays 💛
There’s a huge and really exciting boom in travel just now. People aren’t just wanting to get away — they’re looking for lovely, interesting, special holidays, and those are exactly the kind of trips we love putting together.
But… the good ones can take a little more time! 😊
Our amazing team are working incredibly hard to keep up with demand, but you may find that quotes are taking a little longer than usual. Our tour operator partners are also extremely busy, so occasionally we’re waiting on them too.
All we’re asking for is a little bit of patience while we work our magic. We’d much rather take the time to properly research your trip, compare the right options and look after you properly than rush something out just for the sake of being fast.
If you’re planning to pop into the shop with a new enquiry, where possible we’d really recommend giving us a call or dropping us an email beforehand to arrange an appointment. That way we can make sure someone has the time to sit down with you and give your holiday the attention it deserves.
Our team genuinely want to look after every client properly — and sometimes, great service doesn’t always mean fast service. 💛
