🙌 We are thrilled to share that Sam Reay will be returning to the park as our new Office and Customer Services Manager!
Many of our York House community will already know Sam well, as she was an integral part of our management team for nine fantastic years from 2013 to 2022, where she played a huge role in shaping the standards, service and welcoming atmosphere that so many of our owners, guests and visitors came to know.
During her time away, Sam has continued to develop and strengthen her skills within the hotel industry, gaining further experience in customer care, operational standards, team support and front of house service.
As Office and Customer Services Manager, Sam’s responsibilities will include front of house, hire fleet and sales, and she’ll be working closely with John W, who will be stepping into the role of Park Manager. Alongside them, we are fortunate to have a full and valued team in place: Claire and the team in the coffee shop, Dionne in reception supporting admin and front of house, Alberto and Diane, who have just started with the team, and of course Steve, our ever-present gardener. 🍃
