When you visit Palermo I hightly recommend a visit to this old monastery. There is a delicious bakery inside where you can buy home made buns etc and then sit in the chilled courtyard to eat. Great for a refreshing break (and bathroom) There is also a stunning rooftop you can climb up to and get a birds eye view of Palermo.

Fabulous evening in the gorgeous 5⭐️ Baglio luxury wine resort. My room is lovely- so big and lots of fabulous toiletries in the room- you even get a suncream set.
🍷They have their own vineyards and produce their own wine and olive oil so of course we had to do a wine tasting before dinner!!!!
