Sessions are ยฃ5, you pay on arrival.
๐ถโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ชYou donโt have to be a runner to join buggy club, a lot of our members havenโt ran before having children. You start off with walking and build it up at your own pace. Anyone starting must be at least 8 weeks postpartum & have to all clear to exercise. We do the return to running assessment at your 1st session (full details on the Athletics NI website https://athleticsni.org/Athletes/Female-Athlete-Health).
We also do some core & pelvic floor exercises at each session.
