Just a reminder Buggy Club will be OFF this week Monday 31st August for the Bank Holiday and settling into school. Back as normal on 7th September.
Good luck to all the little ones starting pre school and primary school this week or heading back to school. To all the parents dropping off for the first time, good luck and if they are a bit emotional don’t worry they will get there in the end (I’ve had lots of experience there 😂).
We will be back on 7th September so make sure you get signed up for any sessions on the links below. 👇
If you’re planning to come to any of the Buggy Club NI session then use the links below to register. 👇
Sessions are £5, you pay on arrival.
🚶♀️🏃♀️💪You don’t have to be a runner to join buggy club, a lot of our members haven’t ran before having children. You start off with walking and build it up at your own pace. Anyone starting must be at least 8 weeks postpartum & have to all clear to exercise. We do the return to running assessment at your 1st session (full details on the Athletics NI website https://athleticsni.org/Athletes/Female-Athlete-Health).
We also do some core & pelvic floor exercises at each session.
