A Message Regarding the Future of Trackside Focus®

It is with a heavy heart that I am today announcing that Trackside Focus® will be coming to an end following the final workshop at the 24H Barcelona in September. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but it is one I have ultimately come to terms with. This decision was made back in April before I returned to full time employment.

I have loved every single second (almost) of building and running this business. For those of you who have attended workshops, spent time with me, travelled across the world with me - you will know firsthand the personal, financial and emotional toll this journey has taken on both me and my family. After three years of operating without a salary, the time has come to close this chapter and put my family and career first.

I know I previously stepped away in April 2025 and returned after a short break with renewed hope and ambition. However, the reality is that the market and demand for what I have built through Trackside Focus® simply isn't sustained enough to make the business financially viable for me.

The Final Workshops

I am genuinely looking forward to the remaining upcoming workshops and ending things on a high note. All scheduled workshops will continue as normal, finishing with the awesome 24H Barcelona workshop - where it all began.

The Next Chapter

I am excited about the future and taking every lesson learned, both the triumphs and the challenges, into a new professional career.

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported both me and the business over the last three years. It has been an absolute privilege to meet so many incredibly talented photographers. While the business is ending, I very much hope to stay in touch and look forward to watching your own journeys in motorsport photography continue to grow.

Finally, I want to thank my family. Thank you for your endless patience, support and huge sacrifices over the last three years, and for giving me the space, time and freedom to scratch my entrepreneurial itch. It's now time to look forward to the future.

Another fantastic motorsport photography workshop, with another great group of photographers - this time at Silverstone Circuit for the British GT. A challenging circuit to shoot, especially as a spectator but at least the weather was on our side ☀️

Next it's off to Brands Hatch for the GTWCE.

🏁 What a fantastic weekend at Donington Park! 📸

It was a pleasure to host six great photographers for the latest Trackside Focus® motorsport photography workshop at the BTCC this past weekend!

A massive thank you to those who joined this one. The company was absolutely fantastic, the racing was very fun and it was a pleasure watching your improvement over the course of the weekend, all whilst capturing the speed of touring cars (and all the support races too!).

It’s always a privilege to see our workshop photographers improve considerably during a workshop and to share our passion for motorsport and photography.

Next up, it's the British GT at Silverstone in just a few days time...

Trackside Focus® has been named a regional finalist for Consumer Services StartUp of the Year in Wales 🏅🎉

I am very proud to represent our region at the . The next goal is winning our category at the awards night down in Cardiff in June, where winners secure a spot at the national final taking place at this September (coincidentally, an event that takes place at a venue very close to where I grew up!).

To be recognised as a finalist from across the whole of Wales is a huge sense of achievement and a reminder that persistence and resilience really does matter.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey so far - there’s still a long way to go with a road full of challenges to navigate, but this is a significant milestone that I’m taking a brief moment to appreciate.

I’d like to recognise a few important people who’ve played an instrumental part in my business journey so far:

And of course, my late grandad. The inheritance he left gave me the chance to pursue my entrepreneurial path and bring this idea to life - and I’ve carried that responsibility with me every step of the way.
