Starting right here in Barmouth, the trail follows one of the most dramatic estuaries in Wales — mountains on one side, tidal flats on the other. In autumn the colours are extraordinary.

It's the kind of walk where you stop every five minutes to take photos, then realise three hours have passed.

How we restored The Belmont

When we first walked into The Belmont, we saw what it could be — not what it was. 🏚️➡️🏡

It took months of work, hundreds of decisions (big and small), and more trips to the trade counter than we care to remember.

But we wanted to get it right.

A house that sleeps 18 people deserves to feel special for all 18 of them — not just functional.

Trying to organise 5 hotel rooms for one family weekend is exhausting. 😩

Different check-in times. Different floors. Someone's room faces a car park. Someone else is too far from the lift. The kids keep running between rooms and nobody gets a moment's peace.

There's a better way. 🙌
