Good morning everyone,

these are our available dates this year in both caravans.

Please note, we are offering Saturday to Friday or Monday to Friday stays only this year. The reason for this is it gives extra time for turnover cleaning, and if anything is found to be broken etc, it gives us time to replace the item/organise a repair ahead of your stay, so your holiday is as least disrupted as possible.

I have posted these dates as 6 night stays for ease, but these stays* can easily be changed to a Monday to Friday with the price difference reflected on the quotation.
* excluding school holiday dates, which are 6 nights stay only.

Seafront 1 is our 3 bedroom 6 berth caravan, sitting on the boundary plot of the park. It's uninterrupted view of the bay is outstanding, from Barmouth beach round to Bardsey island.

Seafront 2 is our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 4 berth, it has the sea views plus extras like an integrated washing machine and dryer, and full ensuite with bath and overhead shower, kingsize bed, breakfast bar etc.

A deposit is required on booking to secure your dates, it is paid back to you after your stay on the caravan being left clean and tidy, and undamaged.
We can also offer bedding and towels for an additional fee, please order this when booking, or up to 4 weeks before your stay.

We must ask that all holidays are paid for up to 4 weeks before your stay, payments by installments are welcomed, or by payment in full, whichever you prefer.

On booking, it's a park requirement that we have the names, dates of birth, address and phone number of every guest we have staying with us. Please note that this information is treated securely and with care.

Our caravans are both pet free, and non smoking.

Dates can be changed (subject to availability) when we have 4 weeks notice.

Good evening everyone,

Steve and I hope you are all well, and you've had a lovely Christmas and New Year.

We want to apologise for the silence on this page for the past 6 months.

Both Steve and I, and our closest family members, have had some serious health scares to contend with over this period of time. Being responsible owners, we decided to hold off in opening up this year's dates until we knew our diagnosis and had a plan to treat them, and through that, if we would be able to look after you and our vans to the standard we all expect.

We have everything in place now to confidently say that from tonight, our books will open for both seafront 1 and 2 from easter until Halloween, with almost all dates available - including school holiday dates.

I will be replying to everyone who has private messaged us first, and then overnight I will post up all our available dates. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions.

Our apologies again for being so quiet while we worked through this worrying time. I have to say, it's lovely to be active on our page again and thinking happy thoughts about holidays, warm weather and those views! The park opens to us as owners from the 1st of March, so we haven't got long to wait now before the winter clean up can start and we can have them guest ready again for easter.

We genuinely look forward to speaking to you again soon.

Hello everyone,

We are now open for bookings, and have full availability for the whole of July including summer holidays through into August in both caravans.

We have found a cleaning company to take over the cleaning between bookings for me, as I'm still not well enough to do them myself, but I will be travelling up to oversee everything as I always have.

I'll post up all availability this afternoon once I've collected the children from school.

Hi everyone,

This is our first weekend here in a while, and tonight's sunset didn't disappoint.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that I haven't been well, hospital tests so far are inconclusive so I'll need further testing done to find the cause of the problem and treat/operate etc as needed. As such, I've been reluctant to take new bookings as things are unfolding, but all bookings we have taken will be honoured - and hopefully we will be back to normal sooner rather than later this year.

Bookings will still be taken, but at a lower number to what we usually sell so I can manage the turnaround cleaning.
