Celebrity Apex โ Modern Luxury at Sea
I also had the opportunity to visit the stunning Celebrity Apex last week, and I was thoroughly impressed. Registered in Malta in 2020, she was delivered during the COVID period and officially entered service in 2021 after pandemic-related delays.
Carrying 2,910 guests, Celebrity Apex feels incredibly spacious throughout. The public areas are thoughtfully designed, creating an open and relaxed atmosphere with no feeling of overcrowding.
Food lovers are truly spoilt for choice onboard. Guests can enjoy four complimentary main dining restaurants, seven specialty dining venues, two exclusive restaurants reserved for AquaClass and The Retreat guests, along with 12 bars and lounges spread throughout the ship.
One of the shipโs most iconic features is the Magic Carpet, exclusive to Celebrityโs Edge Series ships. This remarkable floating platform, approximately the size of a tennis court, moves up and down the side of the ship, creating unique experiences such as champagne evenings, caviar events, and spectacular ocean-view gatherings.
The spa is absolutely beautifulโmodern, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. What stood out to me most was the sauna. Unlike many traditional saunas that can feel dark and enclosed, this one features large windows, allowing natural light to flood in while offering stunning sea views.
Another highlight is Eden, a breathtaking three-storey venue designed to awaken all the senses. Blending nature, entertainment, dining, and relaxation, Eden transforms throughout the day and evening. From immersive experiences and performances to exceptional dining, itโs one of the most unique spaces Iโve ever seen at sea.
Celebrity Apex is a ship that perfectly combines innovation, luxury, and comfort. The modern design, spacious public areas, outstanding dining options, and unique venues make her a truly exceptional ship. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a premium cruise experience that offers something a little different.
