Two brilliant appointments. Two very different skill sets. One shared mission.

We're thrilled to welcome Graham and Jessica to the Providence Hotels family.

Graham joins us as Group HR Manager and his arrival marks a genuinely important moment for us as a business. As we grow our UK portfolio, the internal infrastructure that supports our people becomes just as critical as the properties themselves. Graham brings deep expertise in recruitment, onboarding, culture building, and people operations. For every hotel owner who partners with Providence, this means their team is in expert, structured hands from day one.

Jessica joins us as Interior Planning & Design Manager, if you know anything about what makes a hotel truly memorable, you'll understand why this appointment matters. Great hospitality isn't just about service. It's about how a space feels. The light, the materials, the flow of a room, the details guests notice without knowing why. Jessica brings a considered, design-led eye to every property in our portfolio. Her work will shape the guest experience in ways that show up in reviews, in repeat bookings, and in the pride our teams take in their spaces.

We're building something serious here. And serious businesses invest in serious people.

What a fantastic day it was for Providence Hotels at the Bath Boules charity event last week! 🏆🎉

Despite the light rain and not snagging the event win, our spirits were high, and we had an amazing time. A huge thank you to the event organisers for putting together such a memorable day.

It was a brilliant team bonding experience, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and good people. A massive thank you to all the food and drink suppliers, games officials and the live music that kept us grooving! Here's to many more fun-filled days like this.

Bath Boules History:

The Bath Boules event in Queen Square, Bath, started in the late 1980s as a one-day gathering of independent restaurant staff from across the city. Created by Jean Pierre Auge of Le Beaujolais Restaurant and Philip Addis of Great Western Wine Company, the event quickly gained popularity, doubling in size within a few years.

Over the past 30 years, the Bath Boules has not only raised substantial funds for charity but also provided immense enjoyment for all participants. The trustees aim to keep this tradition alive for many years, continuing to support Bath's community through fun and philanthropy.

Fairtree and Providence Hotels proudly announce the successful acquisition of permits for the redevelopment of the Grade I Listed Parade Park Hotel. This historic gem, set to reopen in Summer 2025, will undergo a full refurbishment to blend contemporary luxury with its rich historical charm.

Originally built around 1740 by John Wood the Elder, the hotel will feature updated interiors, enhanced facilities, and state-of-the-art amenities, preserving its historical significance while offering guests an exceptional experience.
