We're thrilled to welcome Graham and Jessica to the Providence Hotels family.
Graham joins us as Group HR Manager and his arrival marks a genuinely important moment for us as a business. As we grow our UK portfolio, the internal infrastructure that supports our people becomes just as critical as the properties themselves. Graham brings deep expertise in recruitment, onboarding, culture building, and people operations. For every hotel owner who partners with Providence, this means their team is in expert, structured hands from day one.
Jessica joins us as Interior Planning & Design Manager, if you know anything about what makes a hotel truly memorable, you'll understand why this appointment matters. Great hospitality isn't just about service. It's about how a space feels. The light, the materials, the flow of a room, the details guests notice without knowing why. Jessica brings a considered, design-led eye to every property in our portfolio. Her work will shape the guest experience in ways that show up in reviews, in repeat bookings, and in the pride our teams take in their spaces.
