We are through the winter now and it is time to start thinking about getting back outdoors for your exercise, see the attached newsletter. Or are you one of those hardy soles who carried on through wind, rain and snow having seen the cold weather running article?

This month we look at getting back outdoors and how to cope with outdoor exercise when suffering from hayfever.

The recipe is a nice salad a lunch of light supper.

I will only be producing a few more newsletters, so if there is anything that you would like covered then let me know.
I will remain available for massage therapy and personal training sessions to help you along your road to improved health and fitness, just drop me and email, txt or FB message and we can make arrangements.

Attached is the March newsletter.
This month we cover a bodyweight exercise you can do at home, the tricep dip. This is followed by answering the question 'Can you boost you immune system through dietary suppliments?' (The answer is no. The article expains why). The recipe is a filling side dish, creamy neeps.

I hope you are keeping fit and mobile, if you have any concerns about your mobility, flexibility or strength please FB msg me to arrange a consultation. I will be available from mid March for treatments and consultations.

I hope you are well and have continued to follow the healthy and active lifestyle that you promised yourself for the new year.

This posting is the February edition of my newsletter, covering cold weather running, in case the cold is keeping you inside.
Then we look at the deeper skin layers, one purpose of which is to insulate from the cold. The recipe is a comforting winter dish to help keep the cold at bay.

The archive of previous years newsletters with their content summary is on my website at http://www.colinwatts-sportsmassage.co.uk/newsletter.html

Welcome to the first newsletter of 2018.

I hope that you have been doing enough to offset any overindulging that may have taken place.

This month we look at maintaining flexibility, which can be done in the warm indoors, ideal for this time of year.
Flexibility should be something that you work to maintain all year, so why not make this a new years resolution that you keep?
We follow this with a look into the superficial layer of the skin and the recipe is a winter stewed pear recipe.

Send me a PM if you have any questions on maintaining flexibility.

Here is the December edition of mynewsletter.

This month we look at the basic movements that our ancestors used in their daily lives in providing food, shelter and protection. We now live a more comfortable lifestyle and unfortunately many people now struggle to carry out these basic movements.

Then we look at a method of monitoring your effort levels when training and the recipe is a warming tasty soup for the winter months.

The archive of all my newsletters is at http://www.colinwatts-sportsmassage.co.uk/newsletter.html.

If you want any advice on how to improve your own movement or require help in loosening up your muscles, email or call me to arrange a session.
