Great day out today on one of our Bass trips. Started off with a search for some livebait and soon had strings of Launce in the bait tank.
Finished the day with 16 Bass shared between the four lads with only 4 being under sized.

Spaces available for this Saturday 18th on IsabellaJack. Targetting Bass and Po***ck on the drift in the strait and around Puffin. Still seeing herring and reports of Mackerel. Minimum of six anglers to sail. 8 hours £65 each. Sailing from Beaumaris pier.

Hi all, I’m happy to announce that IsabellaJack is going back in the water next week after a longer than planned time out for maintenance. My apologies to anyone I’ve not managed to get back to during the last couple of months, my head’s been on getting her sorted.

A massive thanks to Mark Roberts who saved the day after I was badly let down. With his help we have put her back together and she’s now purring like a kitten, thanks again Mark.

Itching to get amongst the fish now, so drop me a line if you’re interested in getting out this year.
Looking to diversify and I’ve highlighted some very interesting areas on the chart that look very fishy.
I aim to put together mixed days due to the Po***ck restrictions, so if you fancy wrecking, it will be fused together with something different, maybe Tope, maybe Bass, could be anchoring for Conger. I’ll still be running the targeted Bass trips, Tope trips, Drifting for Porbeagles and Thresher, General trips etc.
I’ll be running all the way through to January/February next year, so if you fancy some winter fishing in the straits let me know, we had some good fun last year with plenty of fish including Smoothound, Conger, Big Huss and ray’s amongst the fish caught. The beauty of the strait is that I can nearly always get shelter through the winter.

Sunday fishing the Menai for a variety of species. 8 hours £50 each. Sailing from Menai bridge pier at 8am
Sunday, hoping to push out past Puffin island and drift some rough ground for Po***ck etc. Then anchoring for a mix of species. Again sailing at 8 am from Menai bridge pier for 8 hours. £50 each.
Time to try out your new Christmas pressures. 😀
