Starting my week off with a glorious morning walk. Sometimes our work life overtakes our home life and we forget to press pause.

Last week was filled with work, chores and festive juggles but it does mean this week will be calmer. A new approach which I hope will work.

Guilt free time with family and friends - taking the days as they come (with, I admit, a lot of prior preparation to get to this point) and enjoying every moment as it should be enjoyed.
