What you're watching is part of the official Kiswa replacement process. The old Kiswa is carefully removed by authorized personnel before a new one is placed. It's a tradition carried out with the utmost respect and care.

A reminder that not everything we see online tells the whole story. A few seconds of video can create the wrong impression when the context is missing.
