On warm summer days open the bi-folding doors to a large picturesque patio area with Hot Tub, idea for bbq's sitting all together on a 10 seater outdoor table, true relaxation waits after your fun packed day. With the Heritage Coastline on your doorstep explore the numerous endless breath-taking beaches from Tynemouth to Berwick, visit Alnwick Castle where the filming location for Hogwarts in the first two Harry Potter films or visit Newcastle City Centre a vibrant city only 15mins drive or Visit the Angel of the North, close by to array of Museums including Beamish Museum, we are a short distance to Hadrian's Wall, there is just so much to explore surrounded by glorious countryside. We understand that dogs are a part of the family, so here at Eastfield Retreat Northumberland we welcome you bringing them with you during your stay.

Our lodge is perfect for relaxing, but if you want to get out and about we are situated a few minutes from Plessey Woods.

Plessey woods is a forest walk just under 2 miles long, and great for dogs. It's the perfect location right on our doorstep.

We have dates available throughout the Spring & Summer available.

We hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend, it's been a busy one here at the Retreat.

We still have dates available between the 9th and the 26th and 28th to the 31st of May for 2 night stays.

Our Retreat is situated 13 minutes from the coast with a host of towns and days trips close by. As well as:

We hope that those affected by the Teacher Strikes have survived the day of home schooling! Not only that but with just 5 weeks before the end of this term, it will be Easter before we know it!! 🐣
