I have been working in the travel industry for the last 24 years and have worked from home for the past 18 years. Prior to that I worked on some of the world’s best known cruise ships (Queen Elizabeth 2 and several Royal Caribbean International Ships) with my last role being a Guest Services Purser. I have a real passion for all travel types, particularly cruise holidays, whether it be on the high seas or on worldwide rivers or waterways. I live in Belfast City (born in Dublin City) and I have travelled quite extensively across Europe (Eastern, Northern, Southern & Western), The Americas, The Caribbean (Eastern, Southern & Western Islands), Hawaii, Alaska, Panama & Canada, and my favourite type of holiday is a Cruise Holiday (Ocean, River or Expedition Cruises). There is nothing I enjoy more than compiling bespoke tailor-made itineraries for clients, coupled with providing a “Concierge Class Service” where extreme attention to detail is essential. I am delighted to say I will be able to provide and achieve all client quotations & bookings under the Hays Travel PTC umbrella with their vast worldwide suppliers, tour operators, ocean cruise lines, river cruise lines & airlines where all bookings will be both financially & confidently confirmed under their ABTA & ATOL licenses affording valued clients’ complete peace of mind. Knowledge is key and I am a huge fan of online training, ship visits and familiarisation trips which keep me up to date with all the changes and improvements that the Airlines, Ocean Cruise Lines, River Cruise Lines, Tour Operators and Hoteliers provide. I have been a Member of CLIA (Cruise Lines’ International Association) for many years now and I have been awarded both ACE Ambassador (2010 to date) & CLIA Master (2011 to date) accolades. I have a natural flair for public relations and I immensely enjoy meeting and interacting with new and existing clients on a daily basis, and the biggest compliment you can give me is referring your family, friends and acquaintances to me to look after their future travel arrangements in a professional, friendly and concierge fashion - please do not keep me a secret. All prices are correct at the time of posting, however, subject to availability and price increase.
