It’s been a while since we had a whiskey of the week but the sun’s shining so no better reason 😊
This is an old favourite of mine from - 15yo sherry cask finish, bottled at 46%.
On the nose it’s charred oak and red fruits, on the palate it’s complex with spicy dried fruit and the finish is wonderfully long with lingering sweetness.
It’s a favourite for a reason, and one I go back to again and again.
