Although we started The Cruise Room in Ireland many many years ago as a social media page, our first full blown high street agency was on Merseyside 5 years ago today…

We’ve since opened our first Irish office, an appointment only office in Titanic Quarter in Belfast where we can book the worlds leading cruise lines for guests across Ireland ! (Give us a try!)

In time we’ll move from our office and into our first high street agency in Northern Ireland if you would all like us to… πŸ˜‰πŸ‘€

We know it all sounds cliche but we really can believe it was 5 years ago today that we opened our doors at The Cruise Room in Hoylake. Where on earth have those 5 years gone?!? It’s all a little bit scary!

Many things have happened since… we’ve grown from the 2 of us to a crew of 7 in Hoylake! We’ve had Rob join us in Belfast, crew member number 8, as we’ve opened a Belfast office for guests across Ireland … we are lucky to have each and every one of them!

We’ve won FIVE U.K. & Ireland awards from Travel Weekly UK, Travel Trade Gazette and The Wave Awards with 15 award nominations in total to date!

We’ve supported multiple wonderful charities from Reuben's Retreat to OGCancerNI, supported critical local community groups such as Friends of Hoylake and Meols in Bloom, Incredible Edible Hoylake and Hoylake and Meols Christmas Lights…

We’ve created an β€˜Insider Series’ of events bringing you, our wonderful loyal guests on ship visits with the worlds leading cruise lines along with immersing you in all things cruise in local venues, supporting local wherever we can…

Jonathan and I still pinch ourselves with how lucky we’ve been to have the support and trust of so so many of you… we know you always have a choice of where to book and we’re incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who decides to book with us!

We’re not a big online call centre, we don’t have millions to spend on advertising, we’ve no interest in replacing our crew with AI…

We’re just real people, local people, passionate about what we do and care about each and every booking…

We just love cruise… and it was that which motivated us to put life on hold and open the U.K. and Irelands only high street dedicated to cruise store at a time when only ONE ship (MSC Virtuosa) was sailing post pandemic !
