Twilight at Watermouth Castle and Family Theme Park is a magical early evening experience held during May Half Term (26th & 28th) and throughout the summer season at Watermouth Castle and Family Theme Park.

As the day begins to settle, families can enjoy a more relaxed pace as the park transforms into a golden-hour adventure. Stroll through the gardens, take in sweeping coastal views, and enjoy a selection of rides and outdoor play areas in the softer evening light. Throughout the park, floating bubbles, gentle evening atmosphere, and family treats create a uniquely enchanting setting for all ages.

North Devon offers fantastic dog walks, from dramatic coastal trails like Putsborough to Woolacombe, Morte Point, and Baggy Point (often part of the South West Coast Path) to woodland strolls at Wistlandpound Reservoir, Arlington Court, and Heddon's Mouth, plus flat, scenic options like the Tarka Trail through Braunton and Bideford, with many beaches like Saunton Sands and Hele Bay welcoming dogs year-round or with seasonal restrictions, ensuring plenty of options for off-lead fun or scenic hikes.
Coastal & Beach Walks
Putsborough to Woolacombe: Enjoy sea views, dunes, and rock pools; keep dogs on leads on the path but off-lead on the beach (check local rules).
Baggy Point: Stunning coastal views with easier and steeper paths from Croyde, leading to Putsborough.
Morte Point: Offers dramatic coastal scenery, part of the South West Coast Path.
Westward Ho! to Abbotsham: A mix of coast and country with dog-friendly beaches like Mouthmill.
