Sea Valley 25 Our 2 bedroom holiday chalet sleeps up to 6 people. A non refundable deposit of £50 must be made within 48 hours of booking.

Newly refurbished throughout to a high standard, hopefully we have thought of everything to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable! The balance of your stay must be paid no less than 6 weeks before your arrival. If your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before your arrival date them full payment will need to be made upon booking. If the £50 deposit or the balance of your holiday are not pai

d within the above stated timescale then your holiday will be cancelled and dates released once more, we will always endeavour to contact customers regarding payment reminders but non- payment will mean your holiday will unfortunately be cancelled. We will always try to be flexible as regards payments (we are happy to accept instalments with prior agreement) but this must be agreed upon booking.

Our website is now available at www.seavalley25.com This is our family holiday chalet, newly refurbished to a high standard with everything you could want or need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday! We have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed one with bunk beds and added trundle, both bedrooms have a wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers, there is also a corner sofa bed in the living room so we can comfortably sleep 6. We have a modern kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, slow cooker and everything else you may need to enjoy your self-catering holiday at Bideford Bay holiday park. There is a 32inch tv in the living room with freeview and built in dvd if you wish to bring your own films to watch and we have free wifi to connect all your devices. A modern bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and heated towel radiator. We have a modern fire in the living room and electric heaters in the bedrooms and living room, the chalet is finished to a high standard also providing an ironing board with iron for your use, hairdryer and a dog crate for your pets if left unattended in the chalet at anytime. The key for the chalet will be left in a secure keylock and code provided on the day of arrival. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for arrival, you will just need to bring your own towels. If you wish to use the facilities onsite, swimming pool, clubhouse etc you will need to purchase entertainment passes from reception. We are happy to welcome dogs into our chalet, maximum of 2 , well behaved! Please bring your own throw if your dog likes to be on the sofa but we would ask nicely that you do not allow them on the beds or leave them unattended in the chalet unless they are crated.
