This 3D rendering provides a visual impression of a project that has successfully secured planning permission. The development is situated on a site that was formerly part of an old goods yard in Margate, Kent. In contrast to a more conventional approach of obtaining approval for standard clad portal frame buildings, we have carefully integrated brickwork into the design. This decision was made to complement and reflect the architectural character of the existing historic goods shed within the site, ensuring that the new structures harmonize with their surroundings while preserving the area's industrial heritage.
