Some of our local Tartan Army contingent were getting together for a photo in Biggar so I thought I’d pop along to deliver their travel documents in person and wish them luck on their way! ✈️ - They’ll all be heading off to the USA in the next week or so for the World Cup 2026! ⚽️

Never mind the castles on the Rhine, I’ve been enjoying geeking out about all the trains! They are everywhere along this beautiful route, they just pop up out of nowhere and weave their way in and out and around all the hills and vineyards, along the riverbank, in and out of tunnels🚆 Its the most scenic train geeking ever! 😎

My kind of Monday Blues 😝
…the blues and greens of a sunny day cruising down the beautiful Rhine Gorge!

This stretch of the Rhine between Koblenz and Mainz forms the Upper Middle Rhine Valley - a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is famous for its steep vineyards, over 40 medieval castles, and the legendary Loreley rock.

Of course for me it’s just another day in the office!…💻 sometimes I do feel very lucky indeed though! ❤️

Ok, ok, I mean, I like a museum as much as the next person, but sometimes on these high brow European trips that I find myself on, I just feel there’s a bit more genocide than one girl can handle on holiday.

So this morning I chose to let myself be inspired and empowered by a truly iconic woman, a woman who changed the world over the past six decades, by sharing her hopes and dreams, and teaching us all that we can do anything! 🌎

What else can I say, but, HI BARBIE! 💞
