🚌💙 We're proud to be supporting Schools out sports in 💙🚌

We’re incredibly proud to be supporting School’s Out Sports In and the fantastic work they’re doing for children and families across Teesside.

Pictured here is our Director, Dan, alongside some of the brilliant SOSI team and, most importantly, some of the children who are benefiting from the programme. 🙌

Through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, SOSI provides free places, healthy meals and some brilliant experiences for school-aged children across Stockton and Hartlepool during the school holidays.

From hiking Roseberry Topping and exploring caves at Blackhall Rocks, to sea glass hunting at Seaham Beach – these are experiences and memories that every child deserves the opportunity to enjoy. ❤️

And that’s where Delta Coaches comes in. 🚌

We’re working with SOSI to help keep transport affordable and make these fantastic days possible for ALL children and families, regardless of their circumstances.

We were also delighted to hear SOSI describe our drivers and team as showing “great professionalism, kindness and helpfulness” throughout the programme.

That means a lot to us, because Delta Coaches isn't just a business operating in Teesside. This is our community too.

We’re proud of our team, proud to support SOSI and very proud to see one of our coaches playing its part in giving local children a summer packed with adventures. 💙

For us, this is exactly what being a local, family-run coach company should be about. We don’t just operate coaches across Teesside, we’re part of the community they serve.

🚌 End of School Year – Thank You 💛

As another school year comes to an end, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all the schools, colleges, pupils, staff and families who have travelled with Delta Coaches this year.

It has been a pleasure getting you to school, trips, events, matches, tours and adventures safely throughout the year.

As some contracts come to an end and are not renewed, and as we move on to welcome new contracts and new passengers, we know we won’t see some of you again next year.

To those we’re saying goodbye to - good luck, farewell, and thank you for travelling with us. We hope we get the chance to welcome you onboard again at some point in the future.

To everyone returning in September, we look forward to seeing you again after the summer break.

🎢 381 passengers. 7 coaches. One fantastic day out. 🦩

Seven of our coaches are making their way home after taking 381 passengers to Flamingo Land for a day packed with fun, laughter and memories.

It's also one of our last major movements of the peak season, with just two more school days to go before a well-earned breather for our team.

A huge thank you to our incredible drivers, engineers and office staff who have worked tirelessly throughout another busy summer, helping thousands of passengers travel safely across the UK.

We're beginning to think our tour drivers are becoming social media influencers... 🤣🚌

First there was Jason & Nathan with European Tales of the Ginger Express .

Then George & Michael gave us Tanya, complete with her own theme tune, and Tales of Tanya page... 👀🎶

Not to be outdone, Shaun & Dave already have their own page (European escapes with Dave, Josh & Shaun ) dedicated to their adventures in Luxuria... we're not saying it's going viral, but at least it's got followers! 😂

And now Csaba & Graham have entered the competition with a personalised Leger Holidays flag... featuring their own faces! 🤣 We admire the confidence!

What's next? Driver merchandise? Autograph sessions? A Delta Tour Driver calendar? 😅

We love seeing the friendships, banter and pride our drivers have on tour. It's all part of what makes every trip memorable—for them and for our passengers.

Keep the photos coming, lads... although we might need to appoint a Head of Driver Social Media before long! 💙🚌

🎶 When you love what you do, it shows! 🚌

Our drivers George and Michael have recently teamed up to operate our 49-seat Executive DAF Irizar i6s coach, YT19 – or as they've affectionately named her, "Tanya." 😄

They're currently out on a series of tours for Shearings Holidays , and it seems the partnership is off to a brilliant start. They've even created their own song for Tanya! 🎤😂

Rumour has it they're even talking about creating their own page called 'Tales of Tanya'... 👀

Joking aside, we absolutely love seeing this kind of passion and pride from our team. Whether it's looking after our passengers, taking pride in their coach, or simply having a laugh along the way, it's what makes traveling with Delta so special.

Keep up the fantastic work, George and Michael – we'll be keeping an eye out for Tales of Tanya! 💙🚌
