✈️❤️ THIS IS WHY I DON’T JUST BOOK HOLIDAYS… I LOOK AFTER MY CUSTOMERS TOO! ❤️✈️

Remember my lovely Tenerife customers enjoying their well-deserved couples’ getaway? ☀️🍹

Wellllll… their journey home wasn’t quite as straightforward! 🙈

📸 Firstly, they’ve finally sent me some photos! Have a snoop! 👀😍

They arrived at Tenerife Airport early after hearing reports locally about how busy it was.

With talk of flights being diverted and cancelled, my already anxious customer asked me to keep an eye on their emails and flight updates. ❤️

✈️ FIRST UPDATE: Their flight was still scheduled, but delayed by almost 30 minutes.

Not ideal when you’re already anxious, especially with the weather back home! 😩

⏰ LESS THAN 20 MINUTES LATER…

An email arrived saying their aircraft had changed and they needed to download NEW boarding passes!

But there was a problem… 😳

💺 Their paid-for seats had changed.
💺 They were now separated by 8 ROWS!

So straight onto Ryanair I went! 📲

They tried to help, but with less than 2 hours until departure, changing their check-in could have resulted in charges at the gate.

I was advised they would need to request a refund for their original seats and ask at the gate about sitting together.

⏰ FAST FORWARD TO TAKE-OFF TIME…

Another delay! 🙈

Then I received a voice note from my customer…

🥹❤️ THEY’D BEEN GIVEN TWO SEATS TOGETHER!

An alert had appeared when their boarding passes were checked, following the contact we’d made! 🙌🏼

Two happy customers, finally heading home sitting together and hopefully feeling a little less anxious! 🤞🏼❤️

Wellllll… another group of my lovely customers jetted off yesterday for a girls’ getaway to PRAGUE to celebrate a special 40th birthday! 🥳💃

This time it was a much-needed break for a couple wanting to escape the everyday routine, leave the kids and work behind for a few days and enjoy some proper quality time together! 🥰🍹
