HERE at GB Tours we often get customers asking us if we're the 'main office' for the company, or if we have other branches elsewhere. The fact is we're the one and only GB Tours office! Our family business has been here in Birkenhead, Wirral, since 1984 - we started off selling concert tickets and coach breaks to passengers in and around the Merseyside area. Today – still run by the same family – we operate more than 10 routes all over England and Wales, offering hundreds of different UK and European breaks each year. IF you've been watching the TT Races on the telly this week, you can't have failed to spot how beautiful the Isle of Man is... rolling hills, pretty harbour towns and sweeping bays abound on this small island in the Irish Sea, and there's a distinct relaxed vibe everywhere you turn. THE recent heatwave may well have put you in the mood for a traditional British seaside holiday... think a morning stroll along the pier, ice cream in hand, then a light lunch in a nice pub, followed by a spot of people-watching on the prom. As long as we get a day or two of decent weather, it's as good a holiday as the Costa del Sol - without the airport queues!
