☕️🍰 August highlights… Afternoon Tea at Studley Castle 🍰☕️

A couple of weeks ago, with the teen away, we made the most of having the opportunity to have some adult time 🩷

I’ve had afternoon teas from Becketts Farm to The Ritz and The Langham, and honestly, Studley Castle was right up there with the best of them!🍰🥂🫖

The rooms were stunning, the service was excellent. And even better… we got it on Wowcher, so it was a bargain too! 🙌

What a great find — definitely give it a go! ❤️

I popped on my sparkly flip flops & went for a walk ✨
From the moment we booked a villa we said we couldn’t wait to close the door & do nothing. We’ve pretty much stuck to our word other than supermarket runs & picking up pizza 🍕
Today, I needed a change of scenery & here are some of the views & bits n bobs that caught my eye 🩷
From flowers, sea views, stunning villas to run down villas in need of repair.

Tapas, Paella, Sangria, shopping, wandering around the streets in the old town.
Then a visit to Oceanogràfic in the City of Arts & Science complex.

& of course being there to watch Spain win the World Cup 🏆⚽️which felt really special!

Plus probably the widest bed in a hotel ever at the Barcelo Valencia! 🛌
