🌻☕🍰 What a lovely time we’ve had at Kingsleigh House!
Our residents enjoyed a beautiful visit to the sunflowers, followed by a delicious afternoon of cake and tea. 🌻
We also held a special afternoon to say a huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers for all they do. They enjoyed a cream tea and some fantastic live singing – a lovely way to show our appreciation for everything they do for our residents and our home. 🎶🫖🍰

☀️🍦 A Wonderful Summer BBQ! 🍔🌸
The residents at Kingsleigh House recently had a wonderful afternoon at our summer BBQ connecting with their friends and families. The sun was shining, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed fellowship together. We were delighted to have an ice cream van – ice creams all round! 🍦
Our residents also spent some time to write letters and messages to their friends and loved ones, sharing news and memories. 💌

Our residents at Kingsleigh House recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to The View, where we relaxed with delicious refreshments, took in the amazing views, and spent quality time chatting and laughing with friends. ☕🌄
Back at home, there were plenty more smiles as our talented hairdresser worked her magic, helping our residents look and feel their best. 💇‍♀️

Our residents loved a visit from some birds of prey here at Olivet. Otherwise keeping cool and hydrated has definitely been a major goal in these last few weeks! 😎

Residents of Newton Court recently enjoyed a courtyard garden party, a good number of visitors also came along and joined us for the occasion. The Mediterranean temperature meant that many sheltered under umbrellas or the canopy of the home where they enjoyed the fresh air, the azure, blue sky, the pretty bunting and the courtyard flowers in full bloom without shrivelling up in the heat! There was a sumptuous buffet laid out which some helped themselves to whilst others were served and waited upon and of course some ice-cold refreshing drinks to be enjoyed. A lovely buzz of chatter and laughter could be heard as residents enjoyed the friendship and fellowship of the brethren and sisters who had joined us.

At Kingsleigh House our residents had a lovely day when we visited Olivet recently. We enjoyed being with our friends and brethren and sisters. It was wonderful to catch up, plenty of smiles and laughter, and make more happy memories together.
We also had lots of fun playing outdoor games in our garden and making the most of the sunshine. 💚🌼☀️
