A little piece of Mexico, served in London đČđœ
Santo Remedio takes inspiration from the places that shaped its founders, from Mexico City to YucatĂĄn and Oaxaca, bringing those regional flavours together in a restaurant that feels bright, lively and full of energy.
For our guests, the team served a Baja-style fish taco with beer and tequila-battered coley, crunchy slaw and smoky Morita chilli mayonnaise. The vegetarian alternative was a crisp sweet potato and celeriac flauta, topped with chipotle crema, pickled red onion and feta.
At Santo Remedio, the dish and drink are built around the same flavour profile. Here, the smokiness of the Morita chilli was carried through into a Mezcal Margarita, balanced with fresh citrus and a TajĂn rim đ„
A big thank you to the Santo Remedio team for welcoming our guests and sharing the thinking behind what they do.
Youâll find them in London when bright Mexican flavours and a very good Margarita are on the agenda
