I had clients on a Serengeti safari/Zanzibar beach trip with Audley Travel last week. The day they flew out of the Serengeti to Zanzibar, the housekeeping team found their daughter's Ray-Bans - mistakenly left under the bed in their remote Serengeti safari lodge. 700kms and a 2 hour flight from where they now were 🫣

No problem! Audley contacted me to check if they belonged to my client. When I confirmed they did, the wheels went into motion to reunite them with their owner. 48 hours later the sunglasses were delivered to the clients Beach Villa in Zanzibar!

What a fabulous half term as we split our time between Puerto Pollensa and Es Trenc in Mallorca!

The weather has been incredible and so much fun at this beautiful hotel with friends for a couple of nights.

The scenery couldn't be more different as we swapped the Tramuntana mountains and vast Pollensa bay in the north of the island, for the rugged coast and beautiful beach of Es Trenc in the south.

Mallorca is the most wonderful island and versatile enough for all tastes. It also still offers great value for money in comparison to some other Mediterranean destinations.

Just wanted to pop on and let you know about my most recent trip to the beautiful island of Crete in April 🇬🇷

When I first touted the idea of a visit to Crete in early April, I was managing everyone's expectations.....we might need to take umbrellas ☔️, pack layers, and plan plenty of day trips...as my expectations of the weather weren't terribly optimistic.

Well, the sun shone throughout 😎. We sunbathed (on the most comfortable loungers I'd ever had the pleasure of lying on) and even went in the pool (briefly 😉). But not only that. We also did some brilliant trips - to Heraklion, Knossos, Spinalonga, Aghios Nikalaos, and Hersonissos Old Town.

And this is the beauty of Crete. It is a very large island, steeped in culture and history. We only scratched the surface of things to do and places to visit. By visiting at the start of the season we also benefited from amazing prices - this trip would cost twice as much during the summer school holidays!!!!

Long story short....I will definitely do this again, and be more than happy to take whatever weather Mother Nature blesses us with.

Did I mention that the hotel was blimmin' marvellous too?

Just thought I'd post a few pics of my hols to Hua Hin, Thailand from a couple of weeks ago 🇹🇭🇹🇭

We stayed at The Standard (far too cool for me 😉) which was simply fabulous. As it was a short break, we mainly hung out at our private pool villa, but we also did some amazing excursions.....a street food tour of the area, then our last day was spent at the beautiful Monsoon Valley vineyard (yes you heard correctly!) up in the hills beyond Hua Hin 🥂

The weather was wonderful and lots of lovely memories made 😍

Thailand remains one of my absolute favourite destinations, so if you'd like to hear more, get in touch 😎

I've been busy, busy throughout March and into the first days of April organising your fab holidays. I even managed to fit in a little break of my own to Thailand 😎🇹🇭

Sadly I cannot now take any further enquiries for this July but I still have capacity for August bookings (and of course all the other months!) 😄

Hi lovely customers! Just letting you know that I'm off on my hols from tomorrow 21st March, returning Monday 30th March 😎.

For once, I have no clients in resort 😅 so I'll be making the most of the opportunity to have some R&R and a "proper" week off!

If there's anything urgent, of course I will make myself available, but a 7 hour time difference may mean slower responses.
