What a week! π₯
Normally when you come back from annual leave, the holiday blues hit when the reality of Monday morning arrives. This week though? I barely even had time to unpack before it all kicked off β cancelled flights, customers stuck in resort, others mid-transit.
Just when you think everythingβs sorted, the advice changes. Flights change. Schedules change. And you start the whole process again.
But we do it.
We keep going.
Customers who were due to transit through Dubai rerouted. Alternatives found, secured, booked and ticketed. Customers who were stuck in Dubai finally home safe β with me checking flight radar at a level that was probably bordering on stalking. βοΈ
Massive credit to the incredible pilots and cabin crew working tirelessly to get everyone home safely. Youβre doing an amazing job.
This week looks like more of the same, but today Iβm taking a moment to pause. A poorly child at home and weather that canβt decide what itβs doing means Iβm debating flip flops one day and snow boots the next! βοΈπ©΄
And finally, a huge thank you to my wonderful clients who have been extra patient while we ride this particular storm together. Your understanding means more than you know.
